SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text-message program for Roof Revolution. If you opt in, we may send you text messages about a request you started with us — for example, arranging or confirming a roof inspection, or following up on your request. These are customer-care replies to your own inquiry, not a promotional or marketing program.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our contact form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of hiring us or of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your request — for example, arranging and confirming an inspection. We only text you about what you contacted us about.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us any time at (239) 449-9659.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We don’t share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
